Collection: Seren-Y-Mor
Anne's latest collection, branching from her popular pearls.
Seren-Y-Mor translates to Star of the Sea, and these Mother of Pearls certainly are!
Mother of Pearl (also known as nacre) is the luminous, iridescent layer found inside the shells of mollusks like oysters, abalone, and mussels. Formed from microscopic platelets of calcium carbonate and organic proteins, it’s the very same material that gives birth to pearls. It's got many visual qualities, shimmering with soft hues of pink, silver, blue, and green, mother of pearl catches light like a quiet ripple across water. It's surface glows with a pearly luster, shifting gently with movement and angle.
